My instrument isn’t showing in NoiseTools, what should I do?

If you’re having issues with connecting your instrument to NoiseTools via USB, it’s possible that your PC’s USB drivers need updating, especially if you’ve recently updated your version of Windows.

In order to update your PC’s USB drivers, you will need to ensure that you have permission from your organisation’s IT Systems Administrator.
